This Saturday the 27th of October we had our election of officers at our Town Home Association. Out of thirty- seven members, thirteen bothered to vote and only eight came to the meeting. We were only able to have one contested office that of association secretary. I would at least like to see a few people run for the other positions of leadership as I have been President for 6 years.
However, as I am the Precinct Committeeman here and have been walking my precinct prior to the primary to get nominating petitions signed I am not holding out much hope for any better results.
My question is Why can't the voters see that the Primary is just as important as any election?
